Today I worked on the left side panel. I drilled, and cleco'd everything in place. Then I took it apart for deburring. I did the panel .. then put on the misc parts as I deburred and primed them. I'm using zinc chromate on all contact surfaces as they're put together. I'll primer all areas on the inside that can't be accessed for polishing. On the interior of the cockpit area I'll paint it over primer. With the temps in the hangar typically mid to upper 90s, an afternoon shower to cool things down was welcome.
