Brief Description: Initial fit of aft fuselage parts
Well I'm finally at the point I can start putting things together to resemble parts of the airplane. I finished up the splice plates on the left side assembly. I then started taking the pieces I've been making the last couple weeks and putting them together. I layed the aft bottom piece out on the work table since it's cut and drilled to the right size. I then set the other stuff on top of it to check the fit of everything. It all seems to fit together well. I'm going to drive down to Miami for a couple days for the 4th ... when I come back on Thursday I'll pick up where I left off.
