I lined up the spars together. There was some interference with a bolt on one side that was making the holes off about a 32nd, so I ground a little off the end of the spar. Problem solved. I clamped them together and drilled all 5 holes up to 1/4 inch. I finished mounting the misc angle and things on the spars.
