First off .. I mounted the transponder antenna and hooked up the cable and power to the transponder. It works good ... when I set the altimeter to 29..92 it matched the pressure altitude readout on the transponder. (It has a built in encoder and showed what it's sending.) Then I mounted a couple of louvered vent plates I got to the inspection holes in the back .. this will provide an outlet for the fresh air intake air. I cut a hole in the top of the glareshield for the GPS power cord and ran that. Then I started working on an edge for the eyebrow over the instruments so it's not so sharp.
