I drilled and riveted the hinge to the right side. I added tabs for velcro to fasten the interior side wall to. The rest of the day was spent working on the framework. Boy .. what a frustrating day. I spent about 2 1/2 to 3 hrs just trying to get the corners to fit in the bows. Stripped off baked on paint .. ground ... filed .. sanded .. polished. I don't know why the hell Sonex puts a finish on those when they have to know they won't fit in the tubes with it on there. Simple stuff. I finally got it all to fit together .. and worked on getting the alignment right.
