Today I disassembled the right side and deburred everythihg. Boy .. there's a lot of holes. Then I reassembled it and put fasteners in all holes called out in the plans. Some are to be done later .. I suppose when the halves are connected. This afternoon was interupted by a glider pilot landing during storms. A couple of us were talking and here comes a glider in and we knew he didn't launch from there. So we got in the car and went down the runwyay to help him. He couldn't get back home because of the storms. We helped him put it in the big hangar till he could leave. (It was a self launching with the pop up propeller ... cool.) I got soaked from the heavy rain doing it .. but it felt good since I'd been working in the 98 deg heat of the hangar all day. Tomorrow I start on the left side. Hopefully it'll go faster since I just did the other side.
