I used a 1" iron pipe to roll the trailing edge. You have to use alot of duct tape to hold the pipe close to the edge of the rudder. Roll one side then the other, after that you squeeze the edges together and cleco them in place so you can match drill the rivet holes. The holes are hard to clean so hitting them with a Scotch Brite pad is all you can do. The last step is to poprivet the edges together. This is one of the few places that pop rivets are used in this plane.
