Attach the 904 Bottom Rib and the 405PD rudder horn. Cleco on the 606, 607 and 608 Hinge brackets. Attach the 903 tip rib and 912 counterbalance rib to the 902 Front spar. Cleco on the 913 counter balance skin to the 903, 912 and 902. cleco on the skins and drill all holes to size.
