I've made it back to my ribs again since. They all need deburring. 170 ribs, or thereabouts. I have done all the nose ribs, aileron, flaps, pocket and flap/aileron nose ribs. Good progress.
I have almost completely used up a 3m 6" deburr wheel. I don't know if this is normal but it is serving the purpose. A fresh one is on the way from Aircraft Spruce...
