Finished the form blocks and built the 2 tip ribs entirely today. Flanging and fluting of edges, cutting and flanging of lightening holes.
Massive shop cleanup today, following the cutting of the attach angles and stiffeners. All were cut with a router (no shear available) with a 1/2" flush trim bit. To say I had a mess on my hands is an understatement.
