As laborious as it is, I am still rescuing old, ruined ribs to get strips for my stifener angles. I have used nearly all of my "wasted" aluminium, which feels good. It is a painstaking process of identifying pieces wide enough and cutting them, often one at a time with the router.
3 hours of marking and cutting today. Probably about the same amount of time left to get all the angles cut.
