Today I unveiled the pallet of aluminium and started cutting nose ribs. Just 2 to start with to establish how it all works with the form blocks, jig holes and router. It took a lot of time to get it all straight in my head, but got there eventually.
The router method of cutting out the ribs leaves very smooth edges and forms a good relief area where the flanges end at the front. 44 more of these to go....
