Very big day today on the forst rear spar. I assembled the spar with the capstrips and attach fittings. Match drilled all the attach fitting filler plates to the spar, marked all the hinge locations, filler plate locations and lightening hole locations.
I installed the rear capstrips and match drilled to #40 to the spar. Fabricated the spar splice plates and match drilled them to the spar.
Cut the spar to length on the tip end.
Fitting the wing attach plates and match drilling to get the cap strips started.
