Flap and aileron hinges today. These are made from 0.062" and 0.072" steel. First I cut out the blanks close to the right shape, then they are bent to 90 degrees in the vice with a deadblow hammer. Apparently you can use a brake for this, or a jig, similar to the one I made for the support frames, but there is only a 90 degree bend - nothing too complex, so I just put my head down and got it done. Once the bend is made, I then use a template (cut from a copy of the plans) to outline the final shape and mark for the holes. I am using a table saw with a sanding disk mounted on it to achieve the final shape.
