Nothing is easy! Tonight I built the Aileron cable pulley brackets. The control cables for the ailerons pass through the wing strut to enter the wing, from where they travel out to the ailerons. The change in direction of the cable here requires a pulley, mounted where the spar splice and wing strut all meet up. The plans provide a full scale drawing of the brackets, made from 0.100" (2.5mm) steel. Quite the learning curve putting bends in the right place with a vice and dead-blow hammer. The names of these tools indicate how precise they are. i.e.: NOT. Either way, I got them bent and drilled to the plans. They just need a small doubler plate welded into them and they're done
