Brief Description:  Wing attatch fittings

So today I hit a wall whilst bending and deburring attach angles and stiffener angles. There are over 400 of these, so cut me some slack!
I felt a change of direction would help, so I worked on the wing attach fittings. These are cut from a seriously thick and expensive piece of aluminium and I wasn't sure how the router would cope. Nothing to worry about in the end, apart from the incredible mess I made!
I built form blocks for all the attach fittings and rough cut all of them in preparation for final cut.
I couldn't find a sanding drum attachment for my drill press, so I used the hole cutter to make a "drum" out of MDF and glued sandpaper to it. I put some threaded rod through the centre and bolted it on. Great result and very useful to edge sand the form blocks for the attach fittings.
