This entry is for 2 days of cutting and routing. It would be fair to say I have had some challenging learning curves to negotiate. But that's what it's all about, right? :-)
My lightening holes were slightly too big due to a dodgy fly cutter, so I rebuilt my centre rib form blocks. I also seized a bearing on my router bit, which damaged the edge of 6 centre ribs. So I built more centre ribs as well.
I cut out and then routed all the centre ribs, 18 flap ribs, 16 aileron ribs, 16 aileron pocket ribs, 26 flap ribs and 16 aileron nose ribs.
I am waiting on a new fly cutter to arrive so I can start to cut all the lightening holes in the ribs.
