I finished the 0.063" doubler, then added a 3/4" x 3/4" x 0.120" angle under the deck at the #12 bulkhead below the upper VS attach angle with matched spacers to fill the gap between that and the #12 bulkhead forward facing rivet tab. After that I match drilled the remaining 3/32 rivet holes, deburred and cleaned up. If the OEM is happy with all this I'll install the rudder cable passthrough tube holders to the longeron down inside, then rivet the deck cover in place ready for finish painting.
