I lifted the front wheel off the ground, and proceeded to set the "break-over" tension on the front wheel to 26 ft/lbs. I then drilled the gearleg and installed the cotter pin. Next I torqued the axle bolt on the front axle to 52 inch/lbs. I then installed both lower fairings and the inspection covers.
