Brief Description: Cutting and lay out.

Cut a clearance hole in the sup panel for the Transponder tray. Added a plate for reinforcement. Next I layed out the panel for further cutting for the Dynon 100 EFIS and the flap indicator.

Beefed up the cutout below tray.
