Sanded the entire upper cowl. Did some spot epoxy repairs. Cut slots for side hinge pin insertion/removal. Attached a tab to the hinge pin for securing it to the cowl. Just need to attached a nutplate to the inside of the cowl, and drill a hole for tiedown screw.
