Checked and corrected the exit flap angles to make sure they were both the same. Mixed up a batch of epoxy resin and coated area to be treated around and on the lower exit flap. After 30 minutes I applied the fibreglass sheet to the exit scoop and lower cowling. Applied more resin and brushed out any air bubbles. Mixed the remaining resin with glass beads and built up the intake area of the cowl for filing and fitting.
