Brief Description: More wing work

Work on flap rod clearances. Adjusted flap motor to full retracted then set flaps to trailing position. Full extended to 32 degrees. Started to match up the fuel tank/fuselage brackets. Readjusted the angles for a better fit.

Final adjustments for flaps.
