Yesterday and today I finished the right aileron. Same method than the flap. I drilled and clecoed the rear and nose skin except the bottom line of rivet that goes through the spar. By leaving that line of rivet free I can twist the aileron a little bit to follow the waskout of the wing. I then clamp the aileron in place and drill the 2 hinge's hole. After the hinges are secure with a AN4 bolt and the trail edge clamped in line with the wing, I drilled the rivet holes that goes through the spar.
