Worked a few hours over the last week. Installed nut plates on H234 then secure the doors with 8-32 machine screws. Positionned and drilled the lower exterior door skins. Same thing with the interior skins. Drilled the lower bar of the door frame to install the latch. I put it right in the middle. Installed the 2 lift struts. I got the same strut than Marin, from Napa except for the bracket, I only got 2. I had to do 2 brackets out of scrap aluminium angle and installed 2 ball adaptors that I got from a GM dealer part. I installed those struts according to Marin's advice on his web site which is very usefull. Same thing for Don's website, Those two construction log sites are very usefull to me.
