Spent a few hours to deburred the skin and the false ribs then I decided to work on the cargo door. Positionned the inside door frame with some shims all around to ensure free movement then I used masking tape to hold the outside skin. Drilled holes on each corner and clecoed. Removed and drilled the remaining holes on the bench. I then positionned the inside skin and drilled in place. Deburred and put it back on the opening ready for the hinges... The left part of the hinges align with the bent between the cabin and the fuselage. I decided to bent a little bit the hinge plate to fit the exterior cabin. I then installed the lock.
