Brief Description:  windshield

Hi there,
after a 2 months brake I'm back on my project. I've positionned the windshield, mark the center(top and bottom). Also make a mark in the center of H236 bottom trim. I had to remove some material underneath the wing tip in order to push it back a little bit to get the 30mm spacing from the firewall edge. Aligned the windshield and the bottom trim and drilled my first hole right in the middle. Clecoed in place, then I proceed from the center to one side, then the other side. Drilled holes every 40mm according to the plan.
Align H244 in order to clear the door skin that overlap the door jamb. At that point, I realize that I have to cut some material to make it fit behind H244 and also in the recess on the end of the bottom trim. So I did.........and guess what. Even if I read the advise on the Don's web site, I Did the same mistake than him and cut to much material. I'll have to rivet an angle each side on the inside between the door jamb and the panel.
Enough work for today
