Brief Description:  Fuel system - final hoses and shut-off valve

Wanting to push on to start the engine for the first time I first had to finalize and check-out the fuel system. First I installed the firesleeve on the 5/16" inlet hose to the engine's mechanical fuel pump. This required me going down to a local radiator shop and getting the guy there to help me put talcum powder on the hose and then blow compressed air through the firesleeve inflating it just enough to slide easily onto the hose. I then spent an inordinate amount of time figuring out (again) how the the stainless steel bands are applied to fix the firesleeve in place. Hooking up the hose to the mechanical fuel pump at one end and to the 3/8" fuel hose under the radiator was simple after that.
I then installed the Fuel Shut-Off Valve in the 3/8" fuel hose in its position on the co-pilots side of the Turtle Deck arch.
After some thinking I decided not to try to drain the Gascolator using the Primer Bulb and replaced the two-way valve I had installed earlier with the orignal one-way valve which will now just service the Fuel Tank Sump.
After that it was just a matter of checking all the connections on the bottom of the Fuel Tank (see comment from 22 Nov 2015), the top of the Fuel Tank including the Sender, the Gascolator, tthe Vent hose, the Fill Filler hose, the Primer Bulb, the Fuel Filter, the Electric Fuel Pump, the Carburetor Lines and the Return Fuel Line.
