So far this is coming together reasonably well, with little trouble. Definitely considering long and hard before any riveting. The control cable exit in pictuire #2 may need speacial attention as the plastic like material is thicker than the current rivets allow. In earlier chapters, it mentioned the head of the rivet be up against th plastic part instead of the "pulled part" so that it doesnt crack or get overly stressed. Problem is, if I do that, the ugly side of the rivets wil be on the exterior.
