Brief Description:  Attach Elevator and Horizontal stab

This was very fiddly and not well represented in teh manual. References to the hinge points were scattered all over, and the middle hinge was not well illustrated. I think I have it worked out, and all assemblies went together easily and well. The anti balance tabs are attached in a way that they move when the elevator is moved. I may have to do some reading, but I think this helps keep the control forces a little heavier when you are at speed, while remaining light at low speeds. The trim is also actuated by two Ray Allen trim servos. Installation of the system took some time, mostly assembling, fitting, disassembling, fiddling, re-assembling. I've alsoi run the wiring from the servos to the center of the stabilizer. All wiring is covered with plastic for protection against rubbing on sharp surfaces - the manual was so unclaer in this area, I waited until the end to run this wiring, as it just wasnt certain that the servos would be on the tips, not somewhere else, as the manual referred. My only concern is that the plastic covered wiring will interfere or be rubbed by the elevator "up" cable. I will likely tension the plastic covering (not the wire) to keep it out of the way.

Once this is all done, there are plastic fairings to cover the tips of the elevator. These are attached with "riv-nuts" not sure I have them in the mess of parts, spent about 1/2 hour looking
