Brief Description:  Completed horizontal stabilizer

All done. Now I need to find a spot that this thing wont get beat up. The right side elevator hinge seems a bit exposed. The skins with predrilled holes make for a light, strong and very straight completed part.

So far, my impressions of the kit are:
- Parts go together quite nicely and I only found one instance that the parts could not match up. The nose skin most forward and center rivet nose rib holes did not line up despite all others, including adjacent hole back, lining up perfectly. These had to be drilled out, but in some cases, the rivet only serves as filler due to elongation of holes. The fit of the parts is otherwise excellent. The completed horizontal stabilizer is straight, light and still feels substantial.
- Quality of parts is pretty good and everything will be functional, though I suspect I will need to keep a close eye on elevator hinges and control wire connections when in operation. was disappointed to find no turnbuckles, but I am a sucker for AN hardware and the sliders will be just as functional.
- The manual. First impressions are not good. I can imagine that it is challenging to write a manual for a complex machine in a language that is foreign to you. It definitely pays to read the whole thing a couple times, but it also pays to scan the entire manual for any related or adjacent steps. So far, as I look ahead, it is going to be challenging to assemble the elevator and trim system in particular due to the lack of guidance and useful illustrations.
- organization of the parts/packing. so far this has gone well, and the packer thoughtfully bundled the elevator and stab sections together. I see also other parts bundled, but came across one box with a huge mess of nicely formed angles and small parts jumbled in a box. I imagine I still have some parts to locate for the trim but again, it is hard to be certain when the illustrations and parts listings don't match up.

I don't mean to sound unnecessarily critical. The overall quality and fit of the parts is great, and with some patien
