Brief Description:  Painting & Vinyl Graphics

It's never to soon to start the planning for what the aircraft will look like when it’s painted, and vinyl graphics applied.
Since this aircraft will be used as Sales & Marketing tool for our Aviation Graphics International company, it’s important to design the layout in such a way as to highlight our Products and Services.
We plan to use left side of the aircraft to highlight our Military graphics, and the right side for the Military graphics, and the right side for the Civilian graphics.
In order to accent each category of graphics, the left side will be painted “silver”, right side “white”, and the top of the engine cowling, ”flat black” (carbon fiber). In this way, the graphics can be added, changed, or deleted as market requirements change.
As we reviewed the various paint and vinyl options for the “base” colors, we found that 3M recently released a new line of high performance vinyl. It turns out that this is perfect for applying the “base” colors we are looking for, as they have Aluminum Silver, semi-gloss White, and carbon fiber Black materials. The added benefits of vinyl wrapped film is; reduced weight, ease of change, and greatly reduced preparation and application time.
We have settled on the proven 3M 1080 series for our cut and printed vinyl graphics because of it’s durability, and wide variety of available colors.
