Brief Description: Merry Christmas! Santa came to my house!
Last year I came up with an idea for an annunciator panel. I found 3mm prewired 12vdc LEDs that were very bright. I wanted a panel that was clean with indicators concentrated in the same area. I personally do not light random lights scattered all over the panel. I drew up some rough ideas and sent them to my friend Colin Bosch. He worked on it part time as we emailed ideas back and forth. He is a solidworks expert and has built his own CNC router so I knew this was an ideal project for him. He had told me that he would have it done this spring. He then secretly gave it to my family who wrapped it and I opened it up on xmas day! What a nice surprise.
I am now working on the electrical system for it as I want to have dimming capability and a lamp test feature. This is why I have put down some hours as I am actively working on the schematics and researching the circuit design to support 18 LEDs.
