I decided to rotate the fuel valve 45 deg so that right is actually right and left tank select is to the left. This required replumbing of all six lines that connect the valve. I barely had enough tubing to complete the work. I also wired up the fuel flow sensor and and the fuel pump. This required significant effort and took several days and was a complete and total PITA.
