Brief Description: Horz stab/Elevator fit and finish
Installed the fiberglass tips on the elevators. Installed the elevators and drilled the control horn pivot hole. Found that washer stack between the two elevators is critical. They have to be just right so that when the center bolt is tightened there can be no side load or the elevators will bind. Drilled out the lead counterbalence weights untill the elevators balenced.
