Cut hole in bottom of fuselage to gain access to the flap torque tube. Unbloted the tube end to make accessibly easier. Now it was easy to push the bolt in the hole and close this one up.
Metal work mostly done till final assembly, passed the torch to Bob Mahieu for plumbing and wiring.
