Brief Description: Counter balance snag in the LAA repair 2 of 5

Clamp hinge to bench, top side down. Position tool 50mm away from new ribs so the straight section passes through wing rear spar Establish location of relaxed arm with a straight edge and duct tape in place, mark witness lines to make sure it doesn't move. Weight on aileron trailing edge to counter act the weight of the tools and clamps on the balance arm.
