Drill 1/4" holes through fiberglas and place 1 1/8 dia washers on the bolt heads to spread the grip load. Tried with only the 1/2 closed cell foam and could still feel the bolt heads. Came up with the idea of adding a 1/8 red rubber washer cut 1 5/8 dia. to spread out the displacement of the bolt heads, feels like it will work.
Made up bracket for the rear seat brace. I may not attach it and just let it slide. I made the crossbar to long to get bolts in and out and the way it is right now I can cant the seat if needed.
