Brief Description: Join swing arm to front frame 1 of 4
Clamp angle down flush and square to the edge of table. Raise rear axel 3" above front axel. Align vee block flush to the angle plate. Clamp vee block to angle plate. Use spacers to balance rear axel in the middle of the vee block.
