Cut the legs off the fron fork of the kids donor bike so I could have some 1.125" dia tube to make up the Front Derailleur post. Turned tube on lathe to cleanup the rest of the weld.
Layed out a 60 degree line on the table and set the pipes in the vee blocks. The smaller pipe is supported up .5" to bring both tube centers in line with each other. With the tubes setup like this, grind the tube to fit to the crank race tube intersection.
