Changed the design a little to accomadate for the different steering yoke. Using 1/2" dis HR steel rod through main tube bushing with a short piece of that same 5/8 od tube welded to the neck of the handelbar tube. That will be all welded up as an assembly and the end will be trimmed and tapped 5/16 to hold it all together.
