Merry Christmas, as a kid I woke up early to see the new bike. Now as an older man I woke up early to build one on Christmas day.
The main tube had some rock in it so I partially cut three welds on the forward end to adjust it. The cuts left about 1/2" of weld in the middle of each weld and I manually moved that end and began the tacking process again to set it back to within tolerance.
I had to stretch a couple of the tacks with a chissel to get things right. The other side was just welded over a couple times to get it to shrink.
Welded it back together and finished the welds with grinder.
