Made bolt lug to tighten from 5/16" dia x 1.25" long shank bolt. Drilled through 3/16" for clamp on the front ot the main frame. Drilled .25"dia hole in main tube 1.5 up from the end, then sloted it with a cut off wheel. Deburred and clamped lug in place then welded it to the frame. Cleaned up the inside with a 3/4 drum. Cut out the middle of the lug and inserted a bolt.
Made idler support bracket and welded it in place. Used the welding magnets for the first time today to hold the plate in position.
