Brief Description:
Bolt holes for axel 2 of 3
Placed a strong clamp and drill one hole and place a bolt through and tightened. Drilled next hole diagonal and bolted it also.
Drilled the next two holes after removing the clamp. Used lots of Tap Magic and cleared chips often, about 5 pecks or more to get through.
Flipped guide to outside, bolted two holes diagonal then reamed other two holes. Bolted the reamed holes and removed others and reamed them also.
