Brief Description:  Weld canopy hinge / engine mounts

Removed the cables from the canopy frame and the guide brackets. I will be modifying this for the 650 like closing mechanism.

Using washers for spacing and the canopy steel frame for location, welded the tabs on the engine / canopy hinge and closed up the corner also
