I did the layout on each end and drilled from both sides. Lined it all up square on the mill and found center with wiggler before drilling each of the 4 holes.
Ran out to Harbor Freight and got a long 3/16 drill and use it and some lapping compound to finish the holes. The bolts slide right in now.
