This is the end of my .062. I had to layout the part on the diagonal to get it to fit.
The .062 metal was to strong for the break so I hammered it over some hardwood on the edge of the bench. The hardwood was shorter than the length of the part so I formed some, then moved the form and formed the rest.
Takes quite a bit of qualifying and I used the Dake Arbor press and wood to not mark the metal. It was out .5 after forming but it is within .06 now. Still needs to have the flange flattened but it is getting close. I didn't want to use the shrinker and mar the flange surface so gentle tweaking get er done.
