Airflow through Cowl
Now the air inlets are 4.9" in diameter with a 7 degree venturi flange on the inside of the inlet. The area for the inlet time two is 37.715"
The exit is basically made up of 4.25 x 17.7 rectangle and two 2 x 3 triangles for a area of 78.25" combined for the exit.
37.715 / 78.25 = 0.4819808306709265 or invert
78.25 / 37.715 = 2.07477131114941
for twice as large exit area.
