The baffle plate is back 7" from the prop hub so I used the laser line to project the 7" on the inside the the cowl and trimmed a piece of construction paper for the initial shape. This took several times of mounting and un-mounting of the cowling to get it trimmed to the 1/8 - 1/4" you see in photo two.
Harbor Freight dollys will make manuvering the fuselage eaisier, have one under each tire.
