Brief Description:
Cross drilling Nose Gear down tube
Squared up the best end for the bottom and trimmed the other with tube cutter.
Layout holes and drill on the mill. Used 3/4" end mill for final sizing.
Rotate 90 degrees and bring back to level with vee blocks on the cross tube and the level on top of them.
Ready for end cap, bolt holes in the cross piece and welding.
Square up end and size length
Same angle as the vice
Cross drilling done
